"Warmer" Weather + Great Weekend = FUN!

Well, we hope that everyone had a wonderful weekend like we did!! We have lots of fun things to tell you about!! On Thursday night (yes, I know that this is not a weekend day, but oh well) we had some friends come over to help Chris hang our new TV. Chris and I are not very handy people, so I insisted that he have a buddy of his come and help put a big hole in our wall. Well, as they were hanging the tv, Cooper and Mark's daughters (Lela who is 2 and Emma who is 4) played together. I was glad that they got to come over because Camilla and I got to talk while the men worked and the kids played!

After Thursday night, Cooper was pretty tired but on Friday we still did our usual: Playgym at the Creative Discovery Museum. He loves going to this class!! After nap we met Nana at the park! What fun!! Thanks Nana!!!

Saturday was a very busy day!! I had a luncheon with some of the other mommies from our playgroup! We met at the English Rose and it was so nice. It really helped all of us to be able to do something without the kids. Lunch was wonderful and we had a great time. Also today my best friend Deana and her husband and son came in town to spend the day with us. We let the boys play while we did some baby shopping. I am due July 19th and she is due July 20th. It was wonderful to get to spend the day with all of them. We also get to see them this coming weekend too because it will be Dayne's 2nd birthday!! We can't wait!!

Today was church. After church we had a luncheon to celebrate our new/upcoming building. Our church raised a lot of money and we thought that we should celebrate this wonderful news!! We had a great turnout and the food was really good!

Well, that about wraps up our weekend and since it was so busy, we are all pretty tired. On that note, I think I am going to go lay down before Cooper wakes up!! Have a great week!!

Playing Outside!!

What beautiful weather we have had!!! Even though it was a little chilly on Monday and Tuesday, we still bundled up and headed outside!Cooper loves to be outside!! I think that if I would let him, he would sleep outside. Anyways, I thought these pictures of Cooper were cute so I wanted to post them. Sorry it has taken so long to post, but something has been wrong with our computer. Enjoy and I will try and post more tomorrow. We have some friends coming over Friday and Saturday so we should have some great pictures to share!! Have a great weekend!

He thinks that he is so big. Apparently he is bigger that I thought because he climbed all the way to the top of his swingset. He must have known that I was a nervous wreck, so he gave me a little smile for reassurance!

Baby News - BOY or GIRL!!!!!!

Well, we went to the doctor and the baby looks wonderful!! He/she was moving and very active during the entire scan! However, the baby decided that it did not want Chris and I to know what we are having. On the last visit, Dr. Radpour thought that the baby looked like a little girl, but today, he is now leaning more towards a boy???? It looks like we will have to wait for our "official" scan on March 2nd. Wow, this will be a long 2 weeks!!!!! At this point we do not care what we are having (as long as it is healthy), we would just like to know boy or girl?? By the way, since I am so impatient, I really wanted to go buy something new for the baby, so today at I bought 1 boy outfit and 1 girl outfit. I guess that either this boy will wear pink or that this girl will wear blue!!! Keep your fingers crossed that we have better luck on the next scan!!!

Happy Belated Valentine's Day!!

I hope that everyone had a wonderful Valentine's Day with their loved one(s). Ours was very low key, but we enjoyed it very much. Chris and I actually went out to dinner last Friday night and then to a friend's house for an engagement party. Even though it felt funny, like we were missing something (or someone) we had fun just the two of us. We got to see some of our friends that we haven't seen in a while and that was great!!

On Tuesday I went to school with Cooper to help with his Valentine's Day party. All of the children were so cute all decked out in red and pink! They were very happy that they got to have a special snack today! I took some pictures of his party and all of his little friends! Aren't they cute!!

One more piece of information, we find out tomorrow about the baby (Girl or Boy)!! We think we know, but tommorrow hopefully we will have a definite idea and we can start buying baby things again!!! I will keep you all posted! Pray that we have good results and that the baby is still doing great!!

What a fun weekend!

Well, we had a very busy weekend! After being up most of the night Friday, we spent Saturday morning at the doctor's office. What I had predicted was true... an ear infection. We have been very lucky with our tubes until now, so I guess we can't complain too much. Appartently Cooper's right tubes was blocked, but it drained and is much better now!!! With some much needed sleep, we are all feeling much better thanks to a big Saturday nap.
On Sunday we went to church, took a nap and prepared for the Superbowl. We went to some friends house to help cheer on the Colts to their victory!!! All of the kids played, while the adults watched the game! We all had a great time.
Then on Monday morning (yes I know this is not part of the weekend, but oh well) we went to Partyville. This is a warehouse that has 6-7 big inflatable jumping machines. All of the kids loved this place. Our playgroup gets together every Monday and we all went to Partyville this week! Why didn't they have things like this when we were little??? Well, we hope you all had a great weekend!

Snow Days are so much Fun!!

What a fun day we had today! All the schools were cancelled because of snow, so we all spent the day at home!! As soon as Cooper woke up, Chris put him in bed with us. Unfortunately he did not realize that snow meant that you could sleep late!! Anyways, he only snuggled for a little while, but I will take whatever I can get. I remember when I used to be able to hold him and snuggle with him all day! Wow how fast they grow up!!! Anyways, he crawled off of the bed and went over and looked out of the window and saw the snow outside. He ate breakfast and immediately ran to the back door. We bundled him up and out we went. We had so much fun!!

Cooper was not sure of the snow at first, but he eventually got brave

and ventured out to play in the snow. This is him showing us what we call

What a wonderful daddy!! Chris went into work late today so that he

could stay home and see Cooper play in his first snow!!

Once we got inside we curled up on the couch for some snuggle time! However as we were snuggling, he wanted to watch "The Wiggles." Of course I let him as long as he would keep snuggling! (Please excuse the way I look. I had just taken my hat off and as you can tell I have not had a shower yet!!!)

After we warmed up and ate a snack, Cooper walked over to the window to make sure the snow was still there!
