Nashville Zoo

On Sunday, we were still in Nashville and the weather was perfect so, we decided to take Cooper to the zoo. He loved it and it is so much better than the Chattanooga Zoo!! We spent most of the day there hanging out, playing on the huge jungle gym and checking out the animals! I think that Cooper loved the meercats, elephants and giraffes the most! Anyways, we had a great time at the zoo and we can't wait to go again soon! Watching the meercats

Hanging out in the bamboo tress!

All of us in front of the giraffes. They were eating from the trees and they seemed so close to us.

Congrats Michele and Tenor

This weekend, our entire family went up to Nashville to be a part of Michele (aka -the twins /our Godchildren mother's) wedding. We got there early enough on Friday to take my boys to the park for a picnic. It was so nice outside. Later that night, we had the rehearsal and dinner at a cute little restaurant called Park Cafe. Saturday, we went over to Aunt Amy's house and hung out with her and Brian to watch some football. After Tennessee got killed:(, we headed to the church for the wedding. It was such a nice wedding. Michele looked beautiful and I must say the Cooper was adorable in his little outfit! Michele and Tenor looked so happy and I am so happy for them. We want to wish them the best of luck! We love you guys! Thanks for letting us be a part of this special day!Jackson, Cooper and Connor

Another one of my favorite pictures from the wedding. Jackson, Cooper, me & Connor! It is hard to believe that the twins wore this same outfit when they were ringbearers in mine and Chris' wedding.

Hooray for the Bumbo seat!

Yippie!! Hudson is now sturdy enough to sit in his Bumbo seat! All I have to say is THANK YOU to whoever invented this wonderful seat! I can get so much done while he is in his Bumbo and he seems to love being in his seat! He is already so much like Cooper was at 3 months (tomorrow). He wants to sit up or stand up so that he can see what is going on at all times! "Look at me, I am such a big boy!"

Of course, Cooper has to test everything out before I can let Hudson have it! What a good big brother! HA!!

"Down on the Farm" Pumpkin Patch

This past Saturday we went with our playgroup and their families to "Down on the Farm" in Rainsville AL! (thanks Nicole for the suggestion) We all had a wonderful time! There were a total of 8 families there and as always the kids love being with their friends! There was so much to do there! We were all worn out by the time that we got home!! It you are able to go, then I highly recommend this place! Waiting for my friends to arrive!

Riding the John Deere tricycle

This is the cow train. Cooper was scared to death at first, but by the time the ride was over, he seemed to like it. However, I asked him if he wanted to ride it again and he said "NO"!!! Unfortunatley, most of the kids did not like this particular train:(

"Look Daddy, I found the perfect pumpkin!"

Daddy helping Cooper hold his pumpkin!

Apparently, we have a little VanGogh on our hands. Cooper LOVED painting his perfect pumpkin! I think that this was his favorite part!

Fun times with Dayne and Tallan

Last week, the boys and I went to Manchester to visit my best friend Deana and her two sons, Dayne and Tallan. Most of you know that Dayne and Cooper are 3 months apart in age and Hudson and Tallan are only 2 weeks apart! We always have such a great time when we all get together! Here are some pictures of the boys! Of course they would be playing with their tractors!!!

Again, more tractors!

Hudson smiling, milk mouth and all, for the camera!! I love his little smiles!!!
Tallan and Hudson chilling out and trying to stay away from the big boys!!

I hope that our boys have the same type of relationship with each other as I do with Deana!!!

The Autumn Children's Festival

On Sunday my dad and I (Chris was at home working and watching Hudson) took Cooper to this fun little children's festival down at the Riverpark. Other than being very HOT, we had a great time! As you can tell from the pictures, Cooper had a blast and got to do his two favorite things: anything related to sports and ride a horse!! Playing mini golf for the first time! He hit the ball several times and then he
got tired of missing the hole, so he just picked up the golf ball and dropped
it in the hole!!! It was so cute!

Cooper loves to play baseball and I must admit, he can hit the baseball really
well to only be 2 years old!!

His other favorite thing:HORSES!!!
He looks so big sitting up there riding the horse. He had NO FEAR (and I must admit, it made me a little nervous)!

Once we got back home Cooper found his rain boots, even though it was beautiful outside and wore this outfit for the remainder of the night.
Hudson, sporting his Halloween pajamas, is all smiles as usual.
Isn't he so cute!!!

Isn't this the cutest little butt you have ever seen!!!!
